Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

  1. Pro Holistic gift vouchers can only be exchanged for full or part payment of treatments or block bookings booked through
  2. Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  3. You will need to bring your voucher with you and exchange it on the day of your booking.
  4. Treatments need to be booked in advance. Once you have received your voucher(s), please have your voucher number available when making your booking.
  5. Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for money, and may not be split over more than one booking.
  6. Gift vouchers are not transferable.
  7. It is not possible to change the make-up of a package or voucher.
  8. On redemption, standard booking terms and conditions apply.
  9. There are no refunds on vouchers.
  10. If your gift vouchers are lost or stolen, please contact us immediately to invalidate the vouchers. If possible, we will reissue you with new gift vouchers, but this is not guaranteed.
  11. All gift vouchers will be delivered by post and will be dispatched by Royal Mail 1st class post. Please allow 7 days for delivery.
  12. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct address is given as we will not re-deliver.
  13. Unfortunately, we can only send to UK addresses.
  14. Although we will try our best, we cannot always guarantee that you will receive delivery of goods before Christmas.
  15. We cannot be held responsible for delay of delivery due to:
    (a)  postal strikes
    (b) items lost in the post
    (c) unforeseen circumstances out of our control
